Terri Lemere is an Aging Life Care Manager, Occupational Therapist, and the owner of Healthy Home Living Solutions, where she helps older adults and their families navigate the aging journey with confidence and compassion. With more than 25 years in healthcare, she brings a deep understanding of aging, caregiving, and home safety to every conversation. Terri’s passion for helping people thrive in their homes, and live their best lives, inspired her to launch her own business in 2020, offering personalized aging-in-place plans and care management services to families in Frederick County, Maryland and beyond.
A Maryland native, Terri is a wife, mom to two grown sons, and proud co-host of the TwinSpired in Frederick Podcast with her twin sister Pam. She’s a down-to-earth, coffee-loving, Tom Petty–singing, Chesapeake Bay Retriever–spoiling kind of woman who believes that life is best when you mix laughter with a little wisdom. Whether she’s guiding a client through a tough decision or swapping stories behind the mic, Terri shows up with heart, humor, and a genuine love for making life better—at any age.
Pam Stultz is a seasoned content creator, local influencer, & co-host of the Twinspired in Frederick podcast with her twin sister. With over 12 years of experience running Housewives of Frederick County, Pam has built a loyal community of women who turn to her for recommendations on local events, businesses, & lifestyle tips. Through her popular newsletter, The Frederick Buzz, she shares the latest happenings in Frederick County, as well as engaging content, highlighting everything from hidden gems to must-know happenings. As a brand ambassador, Pam focuses on connecting her readers with the best local businesses in Frederick County.
A proud Frederick local, Pam is a recent empty nester—her son is a freshman at the University of Maryland—and her daily work-at-home coworker is her sweet dog, Sargie, who often makes appearances on Pam’s social media. She and her husband, Chuck, are enjoying this next chapter of life, including renovating their vacation home together. Pam balances her work life with time at the gym, cooking at home, and of course, enjoying a great cup of coffee.
