Jason Sweeney and Biaggio Caroleo are full time realtors located in Frederick, Maryland where they help buyers and sellers navigate the market while giving back through their team’s non-profit “TGP Gives.”

Jason is a musician, CrossFit enthusiast with a background in geology who not only helps buyers and sellers, but also mentors realtors helping them to achieve their goals and grow their business. Biaggio was born and raised in New York City with nearly two decades experience on Wall Street working with investors making decisions and analyzing financial markets. Together, The Bearded Realtors offer custom and personalized real estate experiences for both buyers and sellers which cover every part of the process from the first meeting to the keys at the closing table.
